A “device” means a compatible television, streaming box, computer, smartphone, tablet or other supported device.

You are responsible for providing:

Where a subscription is legally treated as a fixed-term consumer agreement, expiry notices, cancellation rights and continuation arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may cancel an electronic transaction for services without reason and without penalty within seven days after conclusion of the agreement.
Where payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within the period required by law.
This statutory cooling-off right may not apply where performance of the service began with the consumer’s consent before the seven-day period expired.
When requesting immediate activation, the customer may therefore be required to confirm:
I request immediate activation before the statutory cooling-off period expires and understand that this may affect my right to cancel without reason once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.
Immediate activation does not remove rights concerning a defective, materially misrepresented or undelivered service.
Where section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act applies, a consumer may cancel a fixed-term agreement by giving 20 business days’ notice in writing or another recorded form.
The customer remains responsible for amounts properly owed up to the effective cancellation date. A reasonable cancellation charge may apply where permitted by law, taking account of the service already supplied, discounts granted and the remaining subscription period.

Some customers may require an independently developed IPTV player or device.
Unless expressly stated:

Where the Consumer Protection Act requires notice and an opportunity to remedy a material breach, the customer will receive the legally required notice.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the IPTV-1 Privacy Policy: https://iptv-1.co.za/privacy-policy
The Privacy Policy explains:
You agree that order confirmations, invoices, activation details, support messages and legal notices may be sent electronically using the contact details you provide.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent essential service communications.
The service is supplied subject to applicable consumer protections.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for:
Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee of uninterrupted service, a specific channel catalogue, “zero buffering” or compatibility with every device unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely beyond its reasonable control, including major network failures, natural disasters, power-grid failures, government actions, cyberattacks, civil disorder or widespread telecommunications disruption.
The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the consequences and resume performance.
This clause does not remove any refund or consumer remedy that remains mandatory under applicable law.

The updated date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in advance where reasonably practical or legally required.
Changes will not retrospectively remove an accrued customer right.

A South African consumer may also lodge a complaint concerning an alleged Consumer Protection Act contravention through the National Consumer Commission complaint portal.
Using our internal complaint process does not prevent a consumer from approaching a regulator, ombud, tribunal or court with jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa to the extent those laws apply.
Any mandatory protections available to a consumer under another applicable jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Disputes may be submitted to a competent South African consumer body, tribunal or court with jurisdiction.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate.
A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
You may not transfer your subscription or rights under these Terms without written permission.
IPTV-1 may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms, the order confirmation, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy constitute the agreement concerning the purchased service.
Where there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails, followed by the specific written order confirmation and then these Terms.
